Hello everybody! Sorry I haven't updated in a little while, I've been quite busy with school work but I'm going to try and stay on top of things from now on. For this Try Out Tuesday, I will be reviewing the Renew You Face Mask. This product retails for around £2-£3 but I found this in a savers shop for around £1.50. This review may not be 100% accurate because this was the first face mask I have ever tried but I will try my best anyway.
As I mentioned earlier, this was the first face mask I have ever tried and so of course, I was very excited to try it. However, I was quite disappointed with the outcome. The pack comes with a fabric mask which was smothered in the 'white clay' and a contouring serum. So when I first put the mask on, it was actually quite relaxing and it definitely in the end made my skin a bit softer. I left the mask on for about 15-20 minutes as instructed on the packaging, and when I went to go take it off, some of the mask had left a residue on my face. This is likely it was the 'white clay' but in no way had it formed in to its clay like form. After, cleaning my face off, I applied the contouring serum. This also made my skin feel soft, but it left my face sticky for about 30 minutes afterwards and to be honest, did not smell great.
So in conclusion, I really wouldn't rate this product much. It honestly didn't do much to help my skin, although the whole experience was very enjoyable. However, I still would not recommend these face masks. I would probably rate this product as 1/5.
